Anti-Spam Policy

YARDSAIL.COM is committed to complying with all applicable anti-spam laws and regulations. We prohibit the use of our messaging capabilities (the "Service") for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial email messages ("spam").

Definition of Spam

Spam is unsolicited email or SMS that is sent for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, promoting, or selling products or services.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to send spam or engage in any other activity that violates applicable anti-spam laws and regulations. Specifically, you may not:

Send emails or SMS to recipients who have not given their consent to receive them
Use false or misleading header information in emails or SMS
Use deceptive subject lines in emails or SMS
Fail to provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism in emails or SMS
Fail to honor opt-out requests from recipients
Purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire email or SMS lists from third parties for the purpose of sending spam
Use scripts or other automated tools to send large volumes of emails or SMS in a short period of time
Send emails or SMS that contain, or contain links to viruses, malware, or other harmful content

Enforcement

We take spam very seriously and will investigate all complaints of spam. If we determine that a user has violated our anti-spam policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

Suspend or terminate the user's access to the Service
Remove the user's account and all associated data
Report the user to relevant authorities and/or third-party email service providers
Report the user to relevant authorities and/or third-party sms service providers
Take legal action against the user

Reporting Spam

If you believe that you have received spam through our Service, please forward the email or take a screenshot of the SMS message to support@yardsail.com and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the revised policy.
